Missouri’s photo ID requirement for voting is as follows:
Option 1. Present ONE of the following forms of valid/non-expired photo ID:
Voters who do not currently have a photo ID and need help obtaining one can seek assistance. Voters can obtain one free Missouri non-driver license for the purpose of voting at their local license office. If you need help obtaining a non-driver license, contact the Missouri Secretary of State at (866)868-3245.
Option 2. Present ONE of the following forms of acceptable identification:
Option 3. If a registered voter arrives at their polling location on Election Day but has no ID, they can vote a provisional ballot. The provisional ballot will be counted if one of the requirements are met:
a. If the voter comes back to their polling location and presents a photo ID.
b. If the signature of the voter on the provisional ballot envelope matches the signature in the voter registry.
